I am an Italo-French artist based in Berlin. After studying literature and linguistics in France and Italy, I began my career in fine arts in Scotland, returned to France before settling in Germany.
In my research I focus on traces, remnants of times and spaces that we can only access through stories, images, beliefs, and memories.
I attempt to deconstruct media that deal with memories and play with images.
Photography theory is one of my main interests, glass is my material of choice.
Both are playing with light, time and perception.
Both full of contradictions, they can mirror reality as they can change it, therefore asking questions about our visions of the world.
Glass has always fascinated me because of its transparency and materiality and I now also work as a glassblower.
